Monday to Saturday 10amt 3pm

Home Health Aide (Caregiver)Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a HHA/Caregiver in the Home Care sector.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
• Specks Spanish
• Essential Functions:
• Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.
• Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.
• Assist clients in activities of daily living
• Document care provided
• Provide care and compassion to foster the client’s physical and emotional well-being
