We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the owner and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the owner's schedule, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately labeled and easily accessible.
- Assist with drafting correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ordering new office supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and support various projects and initiatives.
- Perform other general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
