Responsibilities:
· Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information to our clients
· Assist agency departments with, policy changes, certificates and other duties that relate to new business and renewal business
· Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
· Assist Management team with special projects as needed, as well as take direction in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
· Perform duties as assigned by the Owner’s and Manager’s in the agency
Skills:
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-directed and able to work without supervision
· Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
This position requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
