Administrative Assistant
Life Security Agency, a leading Insurance & financial services company in the Rapid City area, is seeking an account specialist.
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- This position will service and support clients for a registered investment advisor
- Provides new business processing, customer support, account set-up and maintenance and general administrative duties
- Has a professional demeanor with clients via telephone and email
- Handles day-to-day client calls, transactions and problem resolution, escalating items to managing director or registered principal
- Knowledge of insurance and managed products
- Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in high-volume entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to collaborate and interact with multiple business structures
- Participate in the implementation of systems and processes
- Works proactively to identify potential problems and compliance issues in order to maintain client satisfaction
- Must be well organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook (PowerPoint preferred)
- Previous experience working with custodians preferable but not required
