Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow and an excellent client experience. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks in a medical office, providing exceptional customer support, and coordinating schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in medical receptionist duties, medical office administration and/or customer service focused roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Front Office operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Handle invoice entry and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate schedule with relevant provider, equipment and third party reps.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Office Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in EHR and computerized data management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
- Experience in a medical or dental receptionist role is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
