Position Responsibilities Summary:
The Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for answering phones, keeping organized files and storage areas, and assisting the nursing and HR departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Core responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Greeting employees or others who arrive in the office
Directing calls from clients and field employees
Taking messages
Scanning documents to the appropriate department
Entering inquiries for service into a data entry system
Assisting with changes to employee schedules when needed
Maintaining contact information for frequently contacted business partners

Qualifications:
You must:
Have a high school diploma or GED
Be self-directing with the ability to work independently and within a team
Have empathy for the needs of the client and our employees
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills in English
Have working knowledge of windows-based computer systems
Have proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy and respect
Present a positive public image
Ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
Preferred:
1+ years in a healthcare or similar office
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Experience assisting in workforce planning or human resources
