We are looking for an experienced and professional part-time Administrative Assistant to help keep our busy office organized!
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who is detail oriented with a sense of urgency in executing tasks. Must be comfortable with minimal oversight and self-motivated to develop organized systems within the office and create work for themselves. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential to the position. All candidates must have reliable transportation.
Job duties of the part-timeAdministrative Assistant are vast including, but not limited to:
- Accounts payable including obtaining and coding invoices and mailing checks.
- Emailing accountant, residents, and staff.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Contacting residents via phone call regarding payments and/or other notices as assigned.
- Receiving and reviewing payroll timecards.

Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends. Ability to attend special meetings (2 - 4 meetings per year) as administrative support -- these dates/times are scheduled in advance.
