Manufacturing company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Label Coordinator and Production Manager with administrative and clerical tasks. Review vendor POs and confirmations for discrepancies
· Provide administrative to support to two department managers in a manufacturing environment
· Enter and maintain information into production software
· Process and complete forms accurately and timely
· Maintain and track inventory product
· Create and maintain Microsoft Word and Excel Documents
· Work cohesively and consult with departments within the organization as well as customers and vendors as needed

Requirements:
· Proven Admin Work History
· Excellent Attention to Details
· Working Knowledge of PC & Windows
· Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task with Efficiency
· Experience Working in a Fast Paced Environment with Little Supervision
· Ability to Work Under Pressure
· Must be comfortable walking into warehouse environment
