Minimum qualifications:
1. Education - high school diploma or GED; higher education or certification preferred
2. Experience - knowledge and competence in the use of word, excel, other office software
and/or equipment for general business office operations
3. A minimum of two years office experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Superintendent, other district personnel & departments, including
but not limited to school records clerks and the school board
2. Train school record clerks on student state reporting and maintaining student records
3. Analyze student data for state reporting
4. MSIS personnel state reporting
5. Personnel certification liaison
6. Prepare and maintain school board agendas, minutes and records including maintaining
the online policy server
7. Perform diversified and complex clerical duties as assigned
8. Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive material and information with
unquestionable integrity
9. Prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines and follow
direction
Reports to the Superintendent
Twelve-month non-exempt employee
Salary established by the Board of Education - hourly wage
