Responsibilities:
- Schedule and log safety trainings in the company system
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the safety department
- Transcribe, format, and proofread safety documents
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Note: Experience working as an Administrative Assistant in the construction industry are highly desirable skills for this position.
