Our Business Administration Team has an opportunity for supporting sales consultants and clients in our Mailing Solutions department.

  • Key responsibilities
    • Process new system sales orders for all MCC locations
    • Work with vendors to handle postage meter exchanges, lease agreement details, address updates, etc.
    • Set up and bill maintenance agreements
    • Communicate with clients by phone and e-mail to handle various account inquiries
    • Establish and maintain accurate client system data and transactions in SAP
    • Respectfully collaborate with teammates
    • Perform personal duties with wise business practices in mind
    • Work with sales and administrative teammates to serve our clients well
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Essential requirements
    • Must have *and maintain* throughout employment
      • Proactive drive to improve process and procedure for all involved
      • Professional appearance and communication skills
      • Ability to competently use a computer for completion of daily tasks
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work a schedule of 08:00 am – 05:00 pm, as well as attend meetings and any training opportunities that may come up outside regular business hours
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, accommodating change when necessary
    • Have earned a high school diploma or the equivalent
    • Fluent communication in English
  • Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or the Equivalent
    • Ability to Pass Drug Screening and Background Check - MCC is a Drug Free Workplace
    • Keen Attention to Detail & Reliability
    • Excellent Time Management Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
    • Previous Experience Preferred, but Not Required (Willingness to Learn is Key)
