Royal Plus, INC. is currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional written interpersonal and verbal communication skills and have the ability to multi-task by prioritizing daily job duties.
A strong ability to meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with required overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls
- Dispatch Emergency Service Calls
- Schedule inspections
- Organize and maintain filing system, create job files & disperse to correct departments
- Manage communication within the office including emails and phone calls
- Post payments into accounting software
- Enter jobs new jobs into company software and send out preliminary reports
- Follow up on job statuses and notes for Estimators, Project Mangers & Upper Management
- Assist Operations Manager and staff when requested.

Job Requirements for this position include:
- Customer Service experience (3+ years)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (3+ years)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (3+ years)
- Data Entry (3+ years)
- Basic Accounting skills (3+ years)
- Working knowledge of general office equipment (3+ years)
- Able to type 50+ wpm
- High School Diploma
- Able to pass a background check & drug test
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required.
- Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms and continuously repeat the same hand, arm finger motion many times as in typing.
