Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager in our Plano, TX based office. This position will provide administrative and clerical support to the Office Manager and the operations team in the TX Market. This position must possess a friendly and service-oriented characteristic to be successful.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Provide aid in maintaining office, office equipment and supplies inventory and cleanliness
- Assists in clerical and administrative support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Overseeing and prioritizing building maintenance and refurbishments projects.
- Assists with vendor statement reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies with invoices as needed
- Assistance with coordinating any personnel items that may come up and ensuring communication flows to the correct dept.
- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files
- Liaison support with various departments and Restaurant Area Coaches to provide ever improving support and systems to enable us to focus on running premier restaurants.
- Assists with planning and logistics of all company events

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize workload while meeting conflicting deadlines
- Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred
Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of Administrative Experience, required

Pay: $15.50 - $15.75 per hour
