ChristianaCare is hiring an Administrative Assistant II for the Weight Management Center in Wilmington, DE.
As Administrative Assistant IIyou would be responsible for maintaining routine administrative functions under Metabolic Heath Services - Endocrinology and Weight Management Services. You would provide administrative support for the Living with Diabetes (LWD) and Weight Management/bariatric surgery program including but not limited to class registration, scheduling and follow up. In addition, you would provide coverage for other office assistants when requested.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday. 8a - 4:30p
- No Weekends

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four years progressively responsible administrative support to an administrator or manager.
- Medical receptionist or medical assistant degree preferred
3 years' experience in a medical office setting preferred - An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted but must include at least two years of appropriate experience.
