The Opportunity:Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
- Provides diversified administrative support for 3 Areas within the Buying Office
- Schedules and maintains calendar, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements
- Composes correspondence and memorandums
- Run reports, compile, summarize and analyze data
- Interfaces with a variety of internal and external individuals on issues which are complex and/or of a confidential nature
- Creates/revises operating systems as necessary
- Performs other special projects as required or directed
Who We Are Looking For:You.
- 2-4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, is preferred
- Possess strong organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer oriented
- Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptable and Flexible to changing demands
