Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with various HR processes and programs
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment labor laws
- Assist with leave administration, including FMLA and other applicable leave programs
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Skills:
- Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
