This entry level HR Assistant/Recuiter will perform administrative tasks and services to support the operations of our organization’s recruiting team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is interested in a career in Recruiting and would like great hands-on experience and training.

Spanish and English speaking is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for hiring teams.
• Source resumes.
• Post and update online job advertisements.
• Process background checks.
• Maintain applicant tracking.
• Update the organizational chart and keep track of open positions within the organization.
• Help identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality and be comfortable speaking to new people on the phone and in person.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit a high level of organization and excellent time management skills.
• Positive and self-motivated attitude.
• Computer literate - proficient in MS Word, email, and internet use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
