BASIC FUNCTION:
Convert and scan all Treasury paper documents and files into a cloud-based centralized storage platform.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scan all customer credit files into a cloud-based centralized storage platform based on predetermined qualifications such as age of information, characteristics of importance, and document type.
Ensure all scanned items are relocated to the appropriate predetermined folders within the cloud-based storage platform
Work closely with credit department to identify document importance, the appropriate age of the information that requires storage, and which documents are disposable
Gain understanding on the functionality and utilization of the scanning process and the technology involved
Utilize an appropriate shredding process when handling delicate and confidential customer information
REQUIRED SKILLS:
The ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written communication skills, good reading and writing skills, organizational skills and database applications.
