Success in this position requires a deep understanding of project documentation and risk management processes.
Compensation:$125,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain new financial advisors
- Establish and cultivate a team-minded culture
- Direct and organize sales meetings
- Detect any potential issues and promptly address them
- Support and enhance the growth of the branch
- Proven managerial experience in Sales, or a Master of Business Administration degree: Proficiency in managing Sales or a Master’s degree in Business Administration is required
- Will need to obtain Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) in the future: Obtaining Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) in the future is a necessity
- Must consistently meet performance goals to remain eligible for the job: Consistent achievement of performance objectives is essential for candidate eligibility
