We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our CEO and other leaders by managing administrative tasks, fostering efficient communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Must be able to work 4 days per week in the Carrboro Store Support Team office.

Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other leaders.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, reports and brand newsletter.
- Various support with administrative tasks.
Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations to ensure a productive and well-maintained work environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities, anticipating and resolving any issues.
Document Management:
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, emails, and reports as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to navigate various operating systems and perform administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Additional Requirements: Position requires occasional moving around with light (1-10lbs.) carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling. The position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office equipment, etc. The position is mostly sedentary and requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements. The position requires frequent communication with team members and repetitive motion with the hands, wrists and/or fingers while constantly utilizing a computer. This position is located within an office environment and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
