Jr Project Manager/Ticket Management (Remote)
Remote, USA (*Must work PST)
$25hr- $30hr (Weekly pay + benefits)
6 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)
Full-time M-F 8am-5pm PST

What excites you:
Ensuring that all marketing operation tickets are accounted for and assigned
Ensuring that all marketing operation tickets have continuous communication on status with Stakeholders
Ensuring that any delays in ticket completion are documented and explained
Working in both company platform and ADO to ensure that comments in both platforms are notified to MOPs (Marketing operation) teams
Will work closely with Microsoft + Microsofts project manager
Responsible for ensuring that build process steps are highlighted to the correct teams for them to do work
Lead sprint planning
Occasionally lead retros on any tickets/incidents
Be the lead in triaging emergencies and incident reports
What excited us:
2+yrs in Project Management, Ticket Management, Database Management or similar, working for a SaaS/Tech company
Must have worked with teams in a high speed/fast-paced tech/SaaS industry
Experience ensuring action item tickets or similar are accounted for and assigned
Experience tracking and providing updates on operational action items, and providing feedback on the outcome
Experience to notate and track delays in ticket completion or similar action items are documented and explained
Experience with Project Management tools, Ticket Management or Cloud based CRMs; Zendesk, GitHub, Asana, Trello, Azure DevOps, Monday or Jira
Requires experience using different platforms, systems and tools; ability to navigate different platforms easily.
Must be a multi-tasker, able to handle high volume work with ease and organization
Experience with managing tasks/custom fields and recommending process improvements for task management.
Ability in using Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Google Suite (sheets, docs, calendar, etc.)
