Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team designed to support children and families by providing therapeutic interventions in the community.
What You'll Do
The Administrative Assistant functions primarily as an administrative and clerical assistant to the assigned department. Should administrative duties be divided among other staff members, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks. This position is responsible for the coordination of clerical duties and administering program activities. The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for working the front desk and ensuring the responsibilities and tasks of the front desk are completed; this staff person may need to coordinate with other staff to complete the duties periodically. This is the first point of contact for individuals attending appointments or arriving at the location to address needs.
How You'll Benefit
You'll earn a competitive salary based on your experience which is between $15-$19, plus enjoy a Monday, Wednesday, Friday work schedule with some flexibility.
What We're Looking For
To join our team as the Administrative Assistant you must be organized, detail -oriented, Self motivated, and possess top-tier communication skills. We also require the following:
- HS diploma/GED/equivalency, with 2-3 years related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid NC Driver License with Current Insurance
- Proficient with usage of Microsoft Office suite as well as office equipment
