Administrative Assistant / Ecommerce Associate

Multi-role job involving reception duties, client interaction, and online retail sales support functions. 

Responsible for accurately describing various items to be listed on internet selling sites. Searching, gathering, modifying and creating unique product listings. Strong Ebay experience preferred.

Ability to photograph and edit with photo editing programs. 
 
 Possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Docs suite.
 
 Must possess strong command of English language and grammar.
 
 Ability to work with computer for extended periods of time. Detail oriented.
 
 Responsible for greeting clients and answering phones.
 
 Job Type: Part Time with opportunity for Full Time

Pay: Hourly with opportunity for commission at 6 months employment
 
 Essential Duties
• Data entry and product descriptions.
• Conduct independent, online research to determine the value and authenticity of items that are initially identified as viable for eCommerce sales.
• Identify and describe items in great detail using searchable key words.
• Greet clients and light receptionist duties.
• Answer phones and provide information to clients.
• Other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business.
Other Requirements
• Knowledge of high-end jewelry terms and designer goods is a plus.
• Must have strong knowledge of identification of key searchable words to include in item descriptions.
• Must be able to make evaluative, independent decisions regarding the value of unique items.
• Must be able to work quickly and with strong sense of purpose.
• Valid Arizona Drivers License

 Education & Experience
• High School or GED required. Two plus years of experience with product authenticity, online product sales and research is a plus.
• Good photography skills preferred.
