Position Summary:
We are looking for a person to join our team and support the day-to-day activities. This person must be able to work well independently. Must be outstanding in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office with good working knowledge of Excel. Must be organized and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Work hours 7am to 3:30pm most days.
- Daily
Manage Office-Answer Phones
Take material and equipment transfers
Help put equipment and material orders together and get shipped out.
UPS Ground shipping labels
FEDEX Freight Bills/ shipping
Update jobsite equipment usage billings
Office supplies maintained and ordered
Process delivery tickets/Purchase orders and code invoices
Set up millwork jobs
Maintain and update material inventories for CDI, CMI, CCI and Dillard's
Secure insurance certificates as needed for millwork contracts
Issue Warranty Letters and Close-out Documents for Millwork Projects.
Make late payment inquiries to contractors as needed
Process Mail
Process Invoices - Weekly
Payroll
Material Transfers
Safety Items sent to safety
Payroll-Check Release and Safety Meeting Processed - Monthly
Monitor and record Truck and equipment Reports/ Truck Maintenance
Receive and process truck tag renewals
Close out equipment usage billings by end of month.
Assist with Millwork Owner Billings and pay requests
Education/Experience:
- High School or Equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Hands on experience with MS Office including EXCEL knowledge a must.
- Solid Organizational and time-management skills
