GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Provides receptionist, clerical and administrative assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform receptionist duties in the office, such as; answers phones, greets visitors, takes and forwards messages, provides information and referrals to other departments/programs as needed.
- Serve as direct point of contact for all incoming visitors.
- Develops, monitors and maintains computerized forms, letters and billing, maintains filing as required.
- Maintain office supplies, purchasing, and inventory for office.
- Provide support and assistance to other office personnel.
- Assist with money management as needed.
- Assist with payroll and MITC.
- Delivers mail to main office and picks up mail and disseminates to appropriate internal individual or facility.
- Assist with special projects and paperwork as requested.
- Prepares billing and monthly reports as requested.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
