Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the Clinic Director. The ideal candidate for this position has strong clerical skills and the ability to communicate effectively. This position may also support other senior team members on special projects. This position assists in completing day to day tasks essential to company operations. In addition this person will:

• Receive and screens visitors and/or telephone calls and appropriately notify the appropriate person.
• Perform a variety of word processing tasks.
• Maintain client medical files.
• Greet parents and visitors.
• Run Absentee reports and follow up on absences.
• Process medical record requests.
• Conduct emergency drills.
• Insurance verification and eligibility.
• Collect fees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
