We have an immediate need for a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly growing team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the Corporate Operations Team, to include legal, human resources and compliance in its daily operations.
This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm
Essential Functions:
- Completes general administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, calendar management, and mail
- Plans events
- Creates and maintains data bases for the Corporate Operations unit.
- Assists with preparation and tracking of lending license applications and renewals
- Assists with client onboarding and offboarding
- Gathers documentation for annual reporting requirements
- Assists with vendor management
- Coordinates travel
- Acts as main point of contact for IHF for a Cause
- Remains current and up to date on assigned trainings, to include AFSA
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an administrative role, financial services preferred
- Associates Degree in related field, Bachelor's preferred
