Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Purpose Statement/Position Summary:Clinical Nutrition and Lactation is accountable for supporting the Clinical Nutrition needs of our patients. This includes assessments, preparation of human milk and formula feedings, stocking of formulas, supporting lactation efforts, including providing needed supplies. Supports both the inpatient and outpatient care setting. The Administrative Assistant directs phone calls from patients, physicians, nurses; supporting the ordering and procurement of formula, assisting the manager during team meetings and with team documentation support.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 2+year's professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required. Catering and meeting planning and support preferred. Familiarity with Enteral Nutrition formulas preferred but not required.
Education/Licensure/Certification: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Scale Information
USD $39,728.00 - USD $68,650.40

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
