- $20 per hour for qualified candidates
- Part time, onsite in a pleasant office near Big Red
- Daylight schedule weekdays with very occasional evenings or weekends
What You Will Do:
- Serve as first point of contact and referral for those in need in the county
- Use a CRM system to track all incoming donations and grants
- In conjunction with Accountant, prepare financial reports (QuickBooks)
- Accounts receivable and payable; general ledger entries
- Oversee annual allocations review process for the agencies we support
- Assist the Executive Director with planning and setup of special events
- Promote the Agency via social media sites, flyers and other channels
What You Need:
- QuickBooks, Email, MS Word, Excel, Publisher; Zoom; Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media
- Accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Event planning a plus
- Willing to work with a diverse population
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Reliable transportation for occasional needs off-site
- Highest level of confidentiality
