Administrative Assistant - Bilingual Spanish - Temp-to-Hire

DESCRIPTION: Our client, a law firm with an office in Miami Lakes, Florida is in need of a Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant start in a temporary to hire capacity.
This is an amazing opportunity for a recent paralegal graduate to get their foot in the door of an established law firm.
The hours are 9 am to 5 pm and will be approximately 30-40 hours a week in office.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• A professional, friendly demeanor and the ability to work with staff and clients on any level are essential
• Able to use general office equipment - scanner, copy machine, etc.
• Must be Bilingual Spanish - speak and read in Spanish

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Retrieving mail (sorting, scanning, and documenting)
• Assisting with check delivery
• Provide administrative support to attorneys
• Help with filing
• Assist with answering the phones
