Responsibilities:

- Assist with order entry and processing

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with transcribing meeting minutes and other documents
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Previous experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
