Where the chemistry happens…
You will provide administrative support associated with the day to day operations within the Ethylene Oxide and Gas Additives unit.
During your shift as a Administrative Assistant, you will
- Run reports weekly for safety meetings, end of the month reports, and usage reports for managers to see all necessary data
- Create, organize and maintain critical information using MS Office Tools. Includes gathering information from various sources, developing formats for tracking purposes and presenting information.
- Assist Unit Shift Supervisor with production materials/create purchase orders
- Arranging meetings, reserving conference rooms, ordering food and supplies for meetings, and booking travel arrangements
- Work with the understanding of a high degree of confidentiality
If you...
- High School Graduate or GED
- Minimum 8 years' administrative experience, such as data entry or managing data-driven report processes
- Expert proficiency with computer skills
- Planning, coordinating and hosting events
- Ability to multitask and manage details of different processes efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Administrative experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Continuous improvement mindset preferred
- SAP experience preferred
