Office Manager
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee office operations and procedures
-Directly assist with daily task from the CEO and executive staff.
-Liase with CEO/executive staff and contractors
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
-Answer client questions related to service offered
-Coordinate new client intake process in a timely manner.
-Screen, train, and onboard new staff and maintain training and supervision schedule.
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- File and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Provide client support and handle inquiries or complaints
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and transcribing
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in a behavioral health or medical office setting is a plus
