Founded in 1957, our company has become a market-leading manufacturer of OE type high-quality motor oils, additives, and other lubricant products providing automotive workshop solutions. Solid sales growth in the US market has created the need for LIQUI MOLY to expand our team to keep pace with the growing demands of our products.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic attitude that will help manage the demands of our team and provide administrative support. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to operational support. The job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all duties and tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Bilingual (English/German) is a requirement.
The ideal candidate would preferably reside in Orange County, CA. This is a hybrid position and will be based out of our main office in Irvine, CA. Some travel may be required.
The position includes a base salary range between $55,000-$65,000 D.O.E., travel expenses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance, paid vacation, and holidays.

Area of activity:
- Provide field sales support
- Assisting with daily operational tasks
- Maintain CRM software and generate reports
Requirements
- Ability to work with vendors and manage related costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Some accounting experience required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
