Job Title:Administrative Assistant

Location:Indianapolis 46204

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Must have

-HS diploma or GED required

-Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

-Minimum 6 months of administrative experience

-Previous legal course work, paralegal, mathematics, analytical type coursework (highly desired)

-Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing

-Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports

-Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft 365

-Ability to problem solve and create solutions

-Ability to establish cooperative work relationships with a variety of stakeholders

-Ability to work independently (highly desired)

-Ability to build knowledge of the principles, practices, and the past and current trends of Civil Rights Field on a state and national level (Desired)

-Previous project management experience (Desired)
