Administrative Assistant responsibilities –
- Maintain an exceptional service experience for our clients
- Maintains our CRM
- Tracks all ongoing business and follow up items
- Ensures client meeting notes and presentation materials are logged in our system in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and confirming client appointments, ensuring they are tracked in our CRM system
- Archives client data as needed
- Maintain client files/filing system
- Prepares meeting materials and status updates for team meetings
- Processes new business & service related paperwork for insurance and planning clients, and creates invoices as needed, in a timely fashion
- Provide support for marketing projects: coordination and logistics of client appreciation events; maintain practice marketing materials to compliance standards
Job Requirements –
- Prefer 2+ years immediate past work experience supporting a financial advisor in a similar role
- Must have good understanding of financial planning and insurance businesses
- Must have excellent abilities with software: MS Office, and CRM Systems
- Life, Health, and Annuities license is preferred but not necessary
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent work in the industry
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
