Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone

- Complete payment receipts, contracts, or financing options
- Process title applications
- Ensure proper signatures and paperwork is completed
- Accounting function such as account reconciliations and journal entries
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Prior finance processing and accounting experience is preferred
