We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant! You will be responsible for assisting the office manager while working with the sales staff and customers to process the sale of agriculture, construction, lawn & garden, and powersports equipment.

- Answering the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Data entry
- Filing
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Complete payment receipts, contracts, or financing options
- Process title applications
- Ensure proper signatures and paperwork is completed
- Accounting function such as account reconciliations and journal entries
Qualifications:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Prior finance processing and accounting experience is preferred
