Dental Treatment Coordinator/ Front Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team . As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating treatment plans for our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Eaglesoft
- Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information
- Assist with scheduling and follow-up appointments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous dental Front Office experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to confirm insurance benefits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortability in discussing financial matters and insurance coverage with patients

Hours are 6:45am-3pm Monday through Thursday and 2 Friday's per month.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Albuquerque, NM: Relocate before starting work (Required)
