From opening our Nashville retail store to launching pop ups in Newport Beach and Venice Beach, VICI is increasing its retail footprint to bring more awareness to the brand. Summary/Objective:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable reflecting the brand image
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office and break room supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Take on special projects as necessary
- Ensure and maintain office and meeting room cleanliness
- Help with any seasonal office decorating
- Shipment of packages to LA Studio, Nashville, or VICI Pop Ups, as needed
- Return to vendor packages
- Unboxing and hanging of all merchandise samples
- Sorting of inbound mail to various departments
- Light marketing support where needed
- May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

- Works in an indoor office/home office environment, temperature controlled
- Sit for long periods, standing and walking intermittently
- Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
- Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds
- High School Diploma required
- Retail/Fashion/E-Commerce experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
