Administrative Assistant

Self motivated and dependable individual needed to assist in performing duties as directed by a Court's Order. Must be a strong person with very clear communication skills. Past collection and skip tracing experience is a plus.

Must be computer literate and know basics such as Excel, Word and Adobe. Good typing skills and document drafting.

Past experience in a law office is preferred. Job duties would include answering phone and gathering information to assist in resolving different matters. Setting up files and filing. Assist in drafting documents. Must be detail specific and a quick study.

The office is extremely casual and hours are very flexible, just need to get the job done.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
