Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and operational support duties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments and maintain an organized calendar for service calls and appointments.
- Collect, organize, and report on data related to customer appointments, orders, inventory, and fleet maintenance.
- Coordinate ordering processes and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status.
- Manage warehouse inventory and vehicle inventory to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, including vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Compile commissions for review by the management team and assist in the processing of payroll.
- Assist in the cleanup and organization of the shop and warehouse facilities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Facilitate customer reviews, follow-up communications, and engagement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
