This role provides administrative and analytical support to the day-to-day activities of the marketing department, including producing engaging social media content, enhancing company pages, and promoting community engagement. The position requires cooperative action and cross-functional support. In addition, the Administrative Assistant responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel. This is not a remote or hybrid position. On-site attendance is required daily.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Two (2) years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word and Excel (to include formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and be able to create presentations, reports and documents utilizing digital graphics.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents; proofs/edits documents for accuracy, content, and format as well as database management and updating spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills required as well as maintaining confidentiality of records.
