Job Description
A Day in the Life:
PRT is seeking a Full-Time, permanent Administrative Assistant to be based in Moultrie, GA at PRT Moultrie Admin Office. In addition to involvement in the day-to-day office operations to ensure the maximization of efficiency, this position helps the organization run smoothly creating a positive atmosphere for customers and fellow employees. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our customers, managers, and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage our companies’ general administrative activities.
Key Accountabilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Daily, various bookkeeping support
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Daily mail distribution
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Other clerical duties as assigned by manager
- Cross-train with other business services staff
- Operate with high level of confidentiality and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Follow and encourage safe work practices
- Communicate with honesty, kindness and respect
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement
- Promote collaboration and teamwork at all levels
- Set targets (i.e., production, timelines) and evaluate achievement
About the team:
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Manager of Business Services. They will collaborate with the Client Services Specialist and the Administrative Specialist.

Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years’ Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistance experience or a diploma or degree in Business Administration, or other relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills
- Ability to work alone and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor
- Regular, reliable attendance is required
