Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8 am–5 pm
Position Summary
- Accommodate or direct walk-in visitors to the appropriate person
- Screen incoming calls and assist or transfer to the appropriate person
- Scan and file paperwork
- Support Accounts Payable with some invoicing
- Help coordinate special events: Company Christmas party, job fairs and other events
- Work on and/or coordinate special projects as needed
- Run errands when necessary
- Ensure office area is customer/visitor ready by helping to maintain its cleanliness and organization
- Professionally interact with our customers and co-workers
- Capable to work on own and in a team environment
