Duties
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Transcribe notes, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
- Utilize computer software programs to create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, and prepare reports.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in transcribing notes accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
