```Duties```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
- Personal assistant experience: Ability to provide high-level administrative support to executives or managers
- Dental receptionist or medical office experience: Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- QuickBooks knowledge: Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is preferred
- Customer service skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Front desk experience: Comfortable managing a busy front desk, including handling inquiries and providing information to visitors
- Medical receptionist experience: Knowledge of medical office procedures, including patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Proofreading skills: Attention to detail and strong grammar skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Transcription abilities: Proficient in transcribing audio recordings accurately
