We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing bookkeeping firm. This is an excellent part-time hybrid opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring our clients have a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our bookkeeping team in a hybrid work environment (both home and office).
- Answer phones, manage correspondence (emails, mail)
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Marketing and Advertising
- Website maintenance
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Aid in onboarding new clients
- Many other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- High proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable home office setup for remote workdays.
Would Be a Plus
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Experience in Microsoft Word
