We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing bookkeeping firm. This is an excellent part-time hybrid opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring our clients have a positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our bookkeeping team in a hybrid work environment (both home and office).
  • Answer phones, manage correspondence (emails, mail)
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Marketing and Advertising
  • Website maintenance
  • Assist with light bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Aid in onboarding new clients
  • Many other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Reliable home office setup for remote workdays.

Would Be a Plus

  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word
