The successful candidate must meet the required education and experience for this position, or a combination of both. Essential skills include: excellent administrative capabilities with extensive background in performing written and verbal communications; proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn new enterprise software platforms; exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in working detail to set priorities for workflow; must be a self-starter, having the initiative and desire to work independently, with the ability to maintain control over dates and meet deadlines as necessary; punctuality and consistent attendance are essential; knowledge in the area of utility related access, easements, and other related topics is preferred; proven ability to interface with other departments, the public and outside agencies in a pleasant and efficient manner and use exceptional human relations as a representative of the District.
Education & Experience Required:
- An Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or Office Administration is required.
- Administrative experience with increasing responsibility over a minimum of three (3) years.
PUD 3's salary ranges are market based and established bi-annually. With full competency in the role and satisfactory performance, the market is midpoint within the established wage range: $58,356 - $72,936 - $87,528
