Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Support other team members as needed with various administrative tasks.
Perform data entry, update records, and generate reports as required.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Requirements:
