SalaryWe are looking for a team oriented, customer service focused, Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting the property manager with management responsibilities for physical community upkeep, financial reporting, budgeting, banking, and resident service delivery, and providing outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and the community in general. Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner. Assist with supervising, training, and managing property team. Assist with obtaining proposals and managing vendors. Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
You must complete both Indeed Assessments to be considered for this position.
